Our training programs all start with a full body assessment with one of our physical therapists. Whether you are dealing with an injury or not, we use this assessment to diagnose movement patterns while getting a baseline of strength and mobility. We will give you a full understanding of proper training techniques while challenging your body to make significant improvements in speed and strength.

1 on 1 Training

Our sports performance training differs from physical therapy in that our approach is more focused on speed and strength training that will translate to your specific sport. We use our physical therapy knowledge to identify movement patterns during training, which will help to establish proper lifting mechanics and reduce your risk from injury on the field.

You can expect your training to consist of:

Group Training
