Recovery is key to reach your potential during training and rehabilitation. We offer a variety of services to optimize recovery and get you back in the game as fast as possible.
Manual Therapy
Manual therapy consists of hand on techniques used to create physical change in muscles, joints, and tendons. Our physical therapists have years of experience in soft tissue techniques and joint mobilizations to reduce pain and improve mobility. Manual therapy is often used in conjunction with exercise to facilitate recovery and improve performance with functional and recreational activities.
Cupping Therapy
Cupping is a soft tissue therapy in which cup shaped tools are used to give comfortable suction on the surface of a muscle. Cupping therapy has been shown to reduce muscle pain, improve blood flow, and release built-up toxins. This reduction of inflammation will improve recovery times and reduce risk for injury.
Blood Flow RestricTIon (BFR)
Blood Flow Restriction (BFR) Training is a technique where you partially restrict blood flow to a muscle during low-load resistance exercise using a cuff. This restriction allows blood to enter the muscle but limits its return to the heart, creating a hypoxic (low-oxygen) environment. The goal is to simulate the effects of heavy lifting with much lighter weights.
How it Works:
A cuff is placed around your lower extremity, at the thigh, or upper extremity, below the shoulder. The Saga brand cuff that we use, automatically detects your limb occlusion pressure to determine proper training levels.
Exercise is then performed at low load at reduced blow flow, which helps mimic high load stress on the muscle and improve muscle gains without high load stress on the muscle.

Increased muscle growth at low loads
Allows muscles to work harder post injury/surgery without risk of high load training
Improved muscle endurance
Time efficient; able to perform high muscle load in shorter timed sessions
Less joint stress for people than cannot tolerate higher load training
Running Analysis
We perform an in-depth running analysis using video based software to give a segmental approach to each joint of your body as you run. This gives us specific information on how every point of your body is moving during the running cycle to diagnose the reason for your pain or how you can run more efficiently. Ochy running analysis software allows us to send you an email with all the information we gain from your analysis.

Concussion Physical Therapy
Use physical therapy to help recover from a concussion efficiently and safely. We use our experience with cervical spine, vestibular and oculomotor techniques to help ease symptoms and return you to daily activities.
As symptoms improve, we guide you through ramping up your activity level in order to return to sports and higher level activities.
