Physical Therapy in Saratoga Springs, NY
Get back to the activities you love without pain, imaging, injections, or surgery. Our performance-based approach helps active adults and athletes recover faster with exclusive 1-on-1 care.
You Deserve More Than Quick Fixes
Traditional physical therapy falls short when you're serious about getting back to your active lifestyle. Here's what's holding you back:
Shared Attention, Limited Results
Most PT clinics double-book appointments, leaving you with only 15 minutes of actual therapist time per visit.
Band-Aid Solutions
Treating symptoms instead of diagnosing the root cause leads to recurring injuries and frustration.
Endless Appointments
Insurance-based models require 2-3 visits per week for 6-8 weeks, keeping you away from what matters most.
At Drive Physical Therapy, we take a full-body approach to your recovery. Our Doctors of Physical Therapy evaluate more than just your injury—we diagnose the root cause of your pain and treat all necessary areas for long-term solutions, not temporary relief. You'll receive exclusive, individualized treatment throughout your entire 60-minute session without other patients being seen at the same time. This means faster recovery, fewer visits, and more time doing what you love.
Comprehensive 60-minute evaluations with a Doctor of Physical Therapy
Exclusive 1-on-1 treatment—no double booking or shared attention
Performance-based rehab focused on your specific goals
Full-body assessments that reveal insights other providers miss
Fewer total visits compared to traditional PT practices
Cash-based model with insurance reimbursement options

Drive Physical Therapy is a cash-based, out-of-network provider. We believe the insurance model doesn't allow us to spend enough time with you and provide the treatment you deserve. We charge for each visit up front and provide a detailed bill (superbill) to present to your insurance company for reimbursement. Many clients receive partial to 100% reimbursement, though we cannot guarantee specific amounts. This model allows us to provide exclusive 1-on-1 treatment, longer session times, and fewer total visits—ultimately saving you time and money while delivering better results.
-
Yes! You may use your Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for physical therapy services at Drive PT. Simply bring your HSA/FSA card to provide payment at the time of service. Physical therapy is a qualified medical expense under most HSA and FSA plans.
-
Bring a photo ID and any relevant medical paperwork (imaging results, surgical reports, or physician notes if available). Wear athletic or loose-fitting clothing that allows you to move comfortably—we'll be assessing your movement patterns and performing hands-on treatment. Our comprehensive initial evaluation lasts 60 minutes, and you'll receive one-on-one attention from a Doctor of Physical Therapy throughout your entire session.
-
Our appointments are scheduled for 60 minutes. We do not double book or overlap patient appointments in order to provide exclusive 1-on-1 care. Unlike traditional PT clinics where you might only see a therapist for 15 minutes, you'll receive a full hour of individualized attention from a Doctor of Physical Therapy at every visit. This allows us to thoroughly assess your condition, provide hands-on treatment, and guide you through performance-based exercises tailored to your goals.
-
Drive Physical Therapy takes a performance-based approach that treats everyone like an athlete, regardless of your fitness level. We focus on diagnosing the root cause of your pain through comprehensive full-body assessments, not just treating symptoms. Our exclusive 1-on-1 model means you receive 60 minutes of uninterrupted attention from a Doctor of Physical Therapy—no shared appointments, no assistants, no rushed sessions. We also offer specialized services like TPI-certified golf assessments, running gait analysis, and sports performance training. Our goal is to get you better in fewer visits while helping you perform beyond your baseline.
