Is Knee Pain Keeping You From the Activities You Love?
Whether your knee pain started from a workout injury, post-surgery complications, or chronic wear and tear, you deserve more than generic exercises and rushed 15-minute appointments.
Frustrated with Traditional PT?
You've tried physical therapy before but spent most of your time with assistants doing cookie-cutter exercises while your pain persists.
Tired of Temporary Relief?
Your knee feels better for a few days, then the pain returns because no one addressed why the problem started in the first place.
Ready to Get Back to Your Goals?
You want to return to running, training, golfing, or simply moving pain-free—but you need a plan that actually works for your active lifestyle.
At Drive Physical Therapy, we break the mold of traditional physical therapy to help active adults and athletes in Saratoga Springs recover faster and perform better. Our Doctors of Physical Therapy provide exclusive 60-minute, one-on-one treatment sessions—no overlapping appointments, no assistants, just expert care focused entirely on you.
We take a full-body approach to diagnose the root cause of your knee pain:
Comprehensive movement assessments to identify biomechanical issues contributing to your knee pain
Hands-on manual therapy techniques to restore mobility and reduce inflammation
Performance-based exercises that challenge you to improve beyond your baseline
Personalized treatment plans designed around your specific goals—whether that's returning to marathons, crushing your golf game, or keeping up with your grandkids

Rebuild strength and mobility through hands-on manual therapy, progressive loading, and functional exercises tailored to your goals. Whether you're returning to golf, weightlifting, or daily activities, we meet you where you are and push you beyond your baseline.

No, you do not need a referral to see a physical therapist in New York State. Anyone can be evaluated and treated by a PT for 30 days or 10 visits without a referral. If additional visits are required, we can easily contact your physician to obtain a referral for continued care.
-
Drive Physical Therapy is a cash-based, out-of-network provider, which allows us to spend more time with you and provide the quality care you deserve. We charge each visit upfront and provide a detailed bill to present to your insurance company for reimbursement. Many clients receive partial to 100% reimbursement, though we cannot guarantee reimbursement at time of service. This model means fewer total visits—typically 1-2 times per week for 4-6 weeks instead of 3 times per week for 6-8 weeks at insurance-based practices—saving you time and money long-term.
-
Our appointments are scheduled for 60 minutes. We do not double book or overlap patient appointments in order to provide exclusive one-on-one care. Every minute of your appointment is spent working directly with a Doctor of Physical Therapy focused entirely on your recovery.
-
Yes, you may use your HSA or FSA account for physical therapy services. Simply bring your card to provide payment at the time of service.
